Surprise wedding engagement at the International Peace Garden, Manitoba
Chris thoughtfully planned his proposal to Caitlin at the beautiful International Peace Garden along the border of Manitoba and North Dakota months in advance. He worked with us to find the PERFECT location to pop the question.
He even positioned Caitlin, the Canadian, on the Canadian side of the border, and himself, Australian, on the non-Canadian side.
With four cameras rolling, Silas disguised as a tourist, and Britney hiding in the bushes, it is safe to say Caitlin had no idea Chris had hired us to photograph the next step in their story.
After the proposal, we embarked on an engagement photography session around the Peace Gardens. Caitlin and Chris then enjoyed a high tea with their families (the “reason” they were visiting the gardens all along).
